Delete your account

Last updated 27 August 2026 · Applies to the BoomDrive rider app, the BoomDrive Driver app and boomdriveapp.com.

You can delete your BoomDrive account and associated personal data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open BoomDrive and go to the Account tab.
Tap Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. You cannot delete an account while a trip is in progress — finish or cancel the trip first. Drivers are taken offline as part of deletion.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@boomdriveapp.com from any address with the phone number on the account. We will verify the number with a one-time code and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted / anonymised: your name, phone number, email, push token, saved places, chat messages linked to you, driver documents and photos.
Kept (without identifying you): trip records (route, fare, time) and commission records, which we must retain for accounting, dispute and legal purposes for up to 24 months.
